The Yorkville CSA is completing its renewal process for existing members and will start taking new memberships from the wait list in about a week. To put your name on the wait list visit the Stoneledge Farm CSA Registration page. The farm will contact you via email about the specific date registration opens.

East 88th Street Volunteer Procedures – 2011

Our CSA can only survive with volunteer help at the pickup site. We ask that all members of our CSA complete at least 3 volunteer sessions. We have implemented a new volunteer procedure for 2011, using www.volunteerspot.com. If you have not received an invitation e-mail, please e-mail our volunteer coordinator Jane Stevens at janestevens89@live.com.

When it is time for you to volunteer, please download and print the instruction manual for the shift(s) you’re working so that you have a good idea of the protocols at our generous host site, the Church of the Holy Trinity on 88th Street.

Yorkville Half Share Partner Finder

Due to an unfortunate glitch, too many half shares were sold for the Yorkville site. If you have signed up for half share and would like to alternate weeks with a partner, please post up a comment here. Alternating weeks means you would pick up a full share every other week instead of picking up a half share every week.

One full share is cheaper than two half shares. Anyone who currently has a half share and agrees to alternate weeks with a partner will get a $37.50 refund.
