Summer Squash – 3 pounds
Boothby Blonde Cucumbers – 1 pound
Scallions – 1 bunch
Solix Lettuce – 1 head
Encino Lettuce – 1 head
Cilantro – 1 bunch
Thai Basil – 1 bunch
Eggplant – 1

Fruit ShareFirst Week For Fruit Share Members that Ordered the Optional Fruit Share

Organic Red Currants – 1 basket – slightly tart fruit.  Cook with water and sugar or sweetener to make a great sauce or eat them raw.

Blueberries – 1 basket

Apricots – 1 basket – The apricots have some hail damage to the skin.  They are the small marks.  The orchards had a hail storm early in the season and where the hail stones hit the developing fruit a mark remains.
