Cherriette Radishes – 1 bunch
Boc Choi – 1 bunch
Red Leaf Lettuce – 2 heads
Buttercrunch Lettuce – 1 head
Arugula – 1 bunch
Mizuna – 1 bunch
Mustard – 1 bunch
Oregano – 1 bunch
A note about greens. The greens are just beautiful and we have dunked them to cool them but they are not washed.  An easy way to clean them is to take them from the bunch, swish in a basin of cold water, drain and rinse again.  Dry them well in a salad spinner or cotton towels.  They will keep crisp and delicious in your refrigerator in a plastic container.  I have also heard they will keep well in a clean cotton pillow case and even in a closed paper bag.
You will notice small holes in the Arugula, Mustard, Mizuna and Boc Choi.  They are all part of the same vegetable family and the insect called the Flea Beetle love them.  We do our best to keep them off with floating row cover, but they are really small and very tenacious.  It is only cosmetic damage and the vegetables are the best of the early season.
